Samantha Pilecki's short stories have appeared in El Portal, Five 2 One, A Prick of the Spindle, Ricky's Backyard, Typehouse, and other literary magazines. She is the winner of the Haunted Waters Press 2017 Short Shorts Flash Fiction Competition and appeared as a panelist for New Lit Salon's discussion "First Came Fear." She works as a librarian.
